If the product is used/damaged, a replacement will null and void. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. MEDIRENT SERVICES PRIVATE LTD. will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. Courier charges for returning the product will be born by the customer itself.
